A mobile number provided to the tenant to contact should there be any problem – Set up fee £40

Following contact regarding an issue, authority is given to action property maintenance and safety certificate compliance, to an agreed limit – to max of monthly fee
Ongoing Management

Inspection after 1 month of tenancy and then at intervals instructed by the landlord (commonly to comply with insurance requirements)
